Our Project Process


We have developed a process for performing work on time and on budget.

Our process is effective.

    Define your requirements

    For us this is the most critical aspect of projects. Here a root cause analysis is performed to identify exactly what problem needs to be solved. Specifications and requirements are developed to solve these problems and the project moves to the next stage.

    Plan out Project Scope

    Using the specifications and requirements the project's scope is defined. Time frames are associated with the scope and a project schedule is created.

    Design

    Now that there is mutual understanding of what needs to be built, the project work begins. Some of the tasks that are required are as follows; software architecture, data models, database designs, user experience design, user identification, accessibility, conversion strategies, prototype building and user acceptance.

    Execution and testing

    Further development is performed on all the required items from above. As part of the development testing procedures are developed and integrated.

    Hand over and training

    Once the development is complete, the product goes through user testing. When accepted training commences so that all users of the project are aware of the do's and don'ts.
